Using Microsoft IE 5.1.7 for Mac OS 9.2.2

Usually, if one clicks the page reload button on IE 5.1.7, the page will reload and the links will activate.

For a more automatic solution, Go to Edit/Preferences... panel. Select Advanced under the Web Browser settings section. Look for Update Page: on this panel, and select Always.
